Affiliates

EVAR Affiliate members are a pivotal part of our organization. If REALTORS® are the spine and brain of the association, then Affiliate members make up the heart. Affiliate membership isn’t just about supporting REALTORS® through business and networking; they are also the sponsors that help us to hold events and education classes. They are the driving force being the Affiliate Council and, much like their REALTOR® partners, volunteer behind the scenes to keep EVAR running smoothly.

EVAR offers two types of Affiliate membership – Premier Affiliate membership and Standard Affiliate membership. The levels are detailed below:

PREMIER AFFILIATE – $190.00

  • Affiliate Expo– One booth is pre-paid and reserved for the Premier Affiliate Members. Application for the Expo will still be required. $45 Value
  • Building Use—Your company may use our facility once a year at no charge, during business hours, for a membership educational event/training. Event must be approved by the EVAR and will be advertised on the EVAR website and e-blasted to the membership on our newsletter. The EVAR will not be endorsing the event or company sponsoring the event. $200/value.
  • Company and Affiliate Member Recognition—Your name, company and contact information will be listed in the EVAR Membership Directory, which is available on the EVAR website. Premier members will be listed first on the site alphabetically. This enables EVAR REALTOR® members and general website visitors to locate you quickly.
  • Receive EVAR Updates –The company member (s) of record will receive EVAR correspondence.
  • Participate in EVAR Events– The company member (s) of record can attend EVAR events and meetings.
  • Marketing Opportunities-Your company can market its products and services by underwriting expenses related to EVAR classes, meetings and special events.
  • Affiliate Committee-Allows you the opportunity to participate in the EVAR sponsored Affiliate Committee.
  • Membership List-Roster of REALTOR® and MLS Members with contact numbers. This roster is not provided to non-members.

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP – $115

  • Company and Affiliate Member Recognition – Your name, company and contact information will be listed in the EVAR Membership Directory, which is available on the EVAR Website.
